Booking & Cancellation Policy

• A non-refundable booking fee is required for all treatments.
• 48 hours’ notice is required if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment to avoid losing your deposit.

Social Media Prepaid Offers

• Prepaid offers booked via social media are non-refundable.
• If an appointment is cancelled within 48 hours, the deposit will be forfeited.
• Prepaid offers are non-transferable.
• Due to heavily discounted pricing, stock for social media offers is ordered and reserved specifically for that offer, and therefore cannot be refunded.

Late Arrivals

• A 10-minute grace period is offered for late arrivals.
• Arriving later than 10 minutes may result in loss of deposit or the rescheduling of your appointment.
