Prepaid offers booked via social media are non-refundable.
If an appointment is cancelled within 48 hours, the deposit will be forfeited.
Prepaid offers are non-transferable.
Due to heavily discounted pricing, stock for social media offers is ordered and reserved specifically for that offer, and therefore cannot be refunded.
Late Arrivals
A 10-minute grace period is offered for late arrivals.
Arriving later than 10 minutes may result in loss of deposit or the rescheduling of your appointment.
